One of our favorite fall traditions is the pumpkin party with friends. It's changed a lot over the years. The party's been taken outside...who doesn't love being outside on a fall night?!
Several kids have been added to the mix too. This year Jenna had small pumpkins for them all to paint. It was precious. My boys (especially Eli) love painting.
Then, we got to work carving our family jack-o-lantern. Eli got really into it this year.
Landy was more into the dog. Poor Nellie. She's a trooper. Landon followed her around all night.
Eli helped me scoop all the goop out.
Wesley drew the face on the pumpkin, and then we let Eli (with some supervision) carve the pumpkin all by himself this year. He too his job very seriously and was so focused!
So proud! He did great!
