Eli had his 15 month check up and shots this week.
This is how you keep the boy occupied and happy while waiting at the doctor's office - Cheez-its! : )
The Stats:
23 lbs, 11 oz (32nd percentile)
30 inches (15th percentile --- he's a shorty like his parents!)
head circumference - 19 1/2 inches
Eli was NOT happy with his shots. He only got 2 this time. He'll have 1 at his 18 month appointment, and then no more until he's 5! Everything was great, and Eli's throat was looking much better after a few good doses of his antibiotic to fight that strep throat from last week!
A few things they looked for (and you hit every one on the mark):
A vocabulary of 5-10 words
Avidly explores everything
Likes to feed self
Climbs stairs with assistance
Learns cause-effect relationships (repeats enjoyable actions)
Looks for hidden object in last place seen
Looks to parent for help in solving problems
Prefers adults to other children
We're so thankful for our happy and healthy boy!
