One of the teachers at my school sent this link out to our staff (I've also seen it floating around Facebook some). The video is about eight minutes long, but is a well spent eight minutes.
It's certainly very powerful for teachers, but I think the same is true for anyone who works with children or even has children!
This little boy is an amazing public speaker; he certainly has a bright future ahead of him!
